"Estonian Telephone Company" donated 100 base cards for making this overprint. During the process of printing, 11 cards had serious problems with printing color and were spoiled. Due to this, the final number of this official overprint is 89 cards. This card was maded as a special gift to organizers and visitors of Haakrik fair 1999.
