This overprint is actually unofficial, produced by Ülo Laul in Tartu and was uncoordinated with "Estonian Telephone Company". Mr. Laul used used, empty cards for overprints and the total number of print is probably between 300 and 500. It's impossible to be more concrete because of mr. Laul who had given different numbers on different times.
